Users of Laerdal Products in the State of CaliforniaImportant Notice “California Proposition 65” In 1986, the voters of California passed Proposition 65 (commonly referred to as “Prop 65”), the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act. This law applies to any product sold or distributed within the State of California. Prop 65 requires that individuals must be warned of exposure to certain chemicals identified by the State of California as causing cancer or reproductive harm, in order that they can protect themselves from exposure and reduce the amount of chemicals released into California’s water supply. |
